1. Introduction

Welcome to ABMKeys.com. By using this website and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any product.

2. Nature of Products

  • All products are genuine digital licenses delivered via email or WhatsApp.
  • Orders are delivered within 24 hours maximum from payment confirmation.
  • No physical items are shipped; all products are digital.

3. Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, no order that has already been delivered can be cancelled or refunded.
  • If a customer selects the wrong product, we may consider a refund within 7 days of purchase, only if the product has not yet been delivered.
  • Once the product has been sent, it is considered fully delivered and no cancellation or refund is possible.
  • Technical issues with a received product must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • To resolve technical issues, the customer must provide a clear screenshot of the error. Remote support tools (e.g. AnyDesk or TeamViewer) may be requested.

5. Product Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered within 30 minutes to 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
  • If you have not received your product within the stated time, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • We guarantee licenses work in a clean, stable environment. We are not liable for software failure due to OS issues, non-genuine system copies, software conflicts, or device problems.
  • We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.
  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABMKeys, its employees, and partners against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the site or sold licenses.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Using the site or licenses for any illegal purpose or to infringe intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling or distributing licenses without prior written consent is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
